For airport pickups, your driver waits 30 minutes free from the time your flight lands. For all other pickups, the first 5 minutes are free. After that, waiting is charged at 35p per minute, plus any airport parking charges.
Every airport pickup includes meet and greet. Your driver tracks your flight and meets you in arrivals, so you are not left searching the car park after landing.
